Jon studied English at King's College London and Education at Cambridge University before beginning his career in interactive advertising in the mid-90s. After cutting his teeth conceiving campaigns for brands including Virgin and United International Pictures, Jon joined Agency.com in 1999 where he was appointed Digital Marketing Director.

Jon went on to found the London office of Itraffic in 2001 where he spent four years leading a multi-disciplinary team and delivering award winning campaigns for brands including British Airways, Heineken, Wanadoo and NSPCC. In 2005, Jon co-founded Play with M&C Saatchi and former Itraffic colleagues Matt Gorzkowski and Ethan Segal. In the past year, Jon's work has been awarded by bodies as diverse as Campaign, Revolution, The IAB and BIMA and he regularly features as a judge on various industry awards panels.

Matt Gorzkowski

Matt began his Marketing career working for Saatchi & Saatchi in Europe and Shafer Advertising in the U.S. where he helped to launch new products for major brands including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Fujitsu and Nokia.

Recognising the potential of digital media, Matt joined Itraffic in San Francisco as Account Director. Here, Matt led key accounts such as Disney and Buena Vista Entertainment before returning to Europe to join Itraffic London as Client Services Director where he oversaw the interactive marketing activity of brands such as British Airways and Hilton. Matt likes protein shakes.

Ethan Segal

Ethan, aka Freak Boy, began his career in Marketing in New York at Lowe after graduating from Syracuse University in New York with a degree in Psychology & Marketing. After planning interactive media for clients such as Compaq, UPS and Motorola, Ethan moved to London to become Agency.com's first Media Director, and subsequently went on to help found both Agency Republic and Itraffic.

Ethan spent four years at Itraffic as Planning Director where he helped clients including British Airways, Cahoot and NSPCC to reap the benefits of interactive marketing. Ethan likes kebabs.
